You must pay for characters to advance in this game and I have paid twice over for the same characters as the game crashes and resets losing all data. Unless you enjoy seeing you child cry do not dowload this app. No reply from wb. Heartless!!!!!

I cant even enjoy this game because nothing works properly. I am stuck on one level because the other character wont do what he is supposed to when they both have to open a door. I want my money back! Half the time the menu freezes on the menu at the end of a level and I have to close it and it is unsaved.

I cant even down load it! its been down loading for 1 day! I have enough room. maybe because i have an iPad one. please fix!

Every time I play it lets lets you play for not even a minute so annoying

My son loves this game however when we purchase extra characters they lock up again. Waste of money! Very dissapointed!!!

Every time I try to play the game the menu freezes or when I am in a mission I get stuck using my weopon and I cant pick the character that I need to use. Bad game I want a refund!

Both of my kids (age 4 & 6) are obsessed with this game. They play it all the time.

Einfach toll

Thia game stops at level 2. I just bought this game.it stays on the page where it shows the gems and items the you collected! It stops there.i just bought this with money! Please resolve or give me my money back i dont want trash

If you buy in-app purchases and you then delete your game or restore your iPad/iPhone those purchases will be gone forever. Complete scam. Unbelievable that a company as large as WB would not have the option to restore your purchases. Maybe it is an extra revenue generator for them, not sure. Don’t bother clicking on the App Support link either - after you fill out the form and click Submit nothing happens. Even their customer service is a scam apparently.

Not as long as the wii version but still a great game for the price.

Why do I have to complete each scene to be able to save current game state? Also please add iCloud save status sync

I have spent $18 on in-app purchases buying characters for my 4 year old and when I quit and restart the app these characters are locked! No ability to restore in app purchases!!

First of all, this was my first game of the LEGO series I ever played. And I almost fell in love with it. I love the cinematics, etc of this title. And when I first completed this last year I would have given it close to a 4 on the rating. Only didn’t give it a 5 really due to a few frustrations in parts where I simply could not understand what I had to do to get past a few spots. I had to look up walkthrough videos. Of course, one may argue that was my problem-solving skills to blame. So why the horrible rating I’m giving it now? Simply because I think I was just lucky in that I did not carry out any in-app purchases. I have had a few friends who have had to pay over and over again for in-app purchases on the bricks to unlock characters, but when you close the game you lose your purchases forever. There are many complaints of this all over the internet, and no solution. After trying, and trying, and trying through different means to get ahold of support, there is simply NO SUPPORT from the dev/publishers on this. Not once did I get any reply or even an auto-response. As much as I had liked this title originally, it is somewhat of a SCAM now as many others are pointing out. So be warned, if you play this title, DO NOT PURCHASE IN-APPS. Aside from that, it can be entertaining.
